Hi, I am Mary Rockow, owner of Ideal Bookkeeping, LLC.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Ethics.

My passion is to help small businesses by saving you time and money.  One way I can actually help you grow your business is by providing you meaningful financial information so you can manage you business better and making major decisions.

*Controller services go beyond just bookkeeping and accounting.  They provide critical oversight and account management ensuring the right policies and procedures get implemented and timely accurate financials are produced.  By outsourcing your controller services, it will allow you to pick and choose services that a controller provides.

**CFO Services helps a company look forward to predict what is most likely to happen in the near future; whereas a Controller looks backwards to what has happened.  Outsourcing a Controller or CFO allows you, the business owner, to add me as a part-time team member to compliment your staff and help you grow your business.

ABOUT ME:

I have worked in the corporate world as an Accounting Controller, CFO, or Accounting Manager for over 20 years, working in Construction, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and a other business types.  I have a great love of animals and family.

It is my goal to assist you and contribute to the financial health and wellbeing of your business.  I use my work ethic, integrity, confidentiality, management skills, and effective organizational skills to support your company.  Accuracy and timely dissemination of financial management statements (like Profit and Loss, etc.),  insurance and worker's comp audits, annual budgets, and projections.

I would love to assist you and your business, so you can make the profit you want and have more free time.   While I'm not always able to, my goal is to save you enough money to pay for my services and free up your time to manage your business.
